Chamber updated on the Re-Imagine Campbelltown Project
With over 60% of our population leaving the area for work, Campbelltown Council’s General Manager, Lindy Dietz, felt that the need for local employment generation is one of the key three challenges facing Campbelltown.
The other two are the population growth and connectivity.
Ms Dietz was updating the Campbelltown Chamber of Commerce on the Re-imagine Campbelltown project at its June dinner meeting.
Also that evening, Chamber President Glenn Creecy presented Jim Marsden a rubber ducky to commemorate 50 years of the Marsden’s Law Group.
Blowing out the traditional candles on his cake amidst a rousing “Happy Birthday”, the law firm’s senior partner Jim Marsden OAM said, “Giving back to our community is a part of our philosophy.”
“And we’re about commitment in three major ways.”
