The Liberal Party has finally confirmed its candidate for Campbelltown for the upcoming State Election in March, with local business manager Gypshouna Paudel to take on Labor’s Greg Warren.

Mr Warren currently holds Campbelltown comfortably after being re-elected for a second term in 2019 with a 3.5 per cent swing to him.

“As the Liberal Candidate for Campbelltown, I am determined to be a strong voice in the NSW Parliament for easing the pressures on family budgets, continued investment in education and health, boosting services, building critical infrastructure and supporting small business,” Ms Paudel said.

A local business manager, mother and community advocate, Ms Paudel was born in Nepal and lives in Minto where she raises a family. Her husband Binod Paudel is also actively involved in the local community, president-elect of Campbelltown Rotary Club and a former federal candidate for Macarthur.

Ms Paudel believes that her years of living locally and working as a telecommunications retail manger in Narellan has given her plenty of opportunity to engage with the community and develop a passion for the area.

“Small businesses need support and with their economic management, the Perrottet Liberal Team have the track record and plan for the future to deliver just that,” she said.

She also believes the leadership from the Perrottet Government can ease the pressure on family budgets and building a brighter future for everyone.

“This is a crucial election and the Liberals have the plan for the future to ensure no community is left behind,” Ms Paudel said.
