Karitane’s outdoor toddler play-therapy space at the Campbelltown Early Parenting Service will soon be refurbished, thanks to $184,700 from the NSW Government’s Infrastructure Grants program

Announcing the funding, Member for Campbelltown, Greg Warren said that it will help Karitane continue supporting young families in the area.

“I thank Karitane for their contributions to our community and cannot wait to see the impact that this project will have,” he said.

Mr Warren highlighted that 45 projects across NSW will share in $6.6 million from the latest funding round, covering community needs such as sport and recreation, arts and culture, disaster readiness, and infrastructure.

The Infrastructure Grants program, funded by ClubGrants Category 3, has awarded $124 million to over 780 projects since 2015.

Minister for Gaming and Racing, David Harris, emphasized the grants’ role in rebuilding community spirit and preparing for natural disasters.

The next funding round opens in the new financial year. More information is available at https://www.nsw.gov.au/grants-and-funding/clubgrants-category-3-fund.
