Three Macarthur ladies were declared winners at the recent Altitude Awards gala ball in Sydney.

Two former Macarthur team members also took home awards.

“Small business owners are always incredibly busy and focussed on running and growing their businesses, often with limited support or encouragement. These awards are a way for them to connect with their peers and be recognised in the small business community,” Women with Altitude founder and creator of the awards, Andrea Turner-Boys said.

There were a record number of entries this year from across NSW, ACT, WA & VIC and award recipients were selected from 12 categories, chosen for their outstanding contribution over a range of genres.

The Altitude Awards also give out 9 Brave Awards, handed out on the night for businesses who demonstrated resilience, bravery, or is a rising star within their entries.

Three Macarthur businesses sponsored an award this year: Affordable Web Solutions, Prima Donna Business Diva and Grounded Earth Mumma who introduced a new category – Excellence in Ability & Inclusion.

“These awards are about supporting one another, building on our connections, celebrating how far we’ve come toward a particular goal and planning for the future, both professionally and personally,” Ms Turner-Boys said.
