Campbelltown State member Greg Warren announced Mary Ellen Bland as the 2023 Campbelltown Local Woman of the Year. The Bradbury resident, former teacher and member of multiple boards, was recognised during a morning tea with last year’s winner, Annette Lamb at Mr Warren’s electorate office.
