State Member for Campbelltown Greg Warren visited Menangle to hear more about Mirvac’s vision for a flourishing business park. Once operational, the Southern Gateway Business Park will generate $814.3m annually with 4700 direct and indirect jobs. Once owners of the iconic rotolactor, the Halfpenny family, and Benedict Industries have partnered with Mirvac and have lodged plans to rezone a 150ha site along Moreton Park Rd, Menangle for the park.
