Feeling overwhelmed or in need of a reset? Quest for Life Foundation is returning to Campbelltown later this month with an empowering workshop designed to help people reconnect with what matters most.
The Bundanoon-based not-for-profit organisation is inviting people from across Macarthur and the Southern Highlands to attend Your Life Matters, a practical one-day wellbeing workshop focused on resilience, emotional wellbeing and self-care.
Held at Campbelltown Catholic Club on Saturday 23 May, the workshop offers participants the chance to step away from the pressures of daily life and learn simple, effective strategies for navigating challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
“Taking time out is not a luxury—it’s essential,” said Quest for Life Founder and CEO Petrea King.
“Small, practical changes can make a profound difference to how we experience life.”
Participants will learn how to build resilience during difficult times, manage emotions, recognise signs of burnout and incorporate relaxation into everyday routines.
Previous attendees have described the workshop as “empowering”, “well presented” and “clear, simple and easy to understand.”
The workshop runs from 9.30am to 3pm and costs $150, or $120 for eligible concession card holders, including seniors and students.
The fee includes morning tea, all workshop materials and a copy of Petrea King’s book Your Life Matters.
Quest for Life says its programs are grounded in neuroscience, emotional regulation, epigenetics and practical resilience, with the organisation having supported more than 150,000 people since it was established in 1989.
