Sia’s Inspiring Mission
Last week, 8-year-old Sia Uluibau was on a mission. She forfeited her birthday presents this year to make up hampers for the less fortunate. There were smiles all around when she presented them at Shining Stars Foundation’s Street Outreach Service.
