State MP insists Government come clean on high rise plans for Glenfield

Member for Macquarie Fields, Anoulack Chanthivong MP, has condemned the State Government for delays and secrecy surrounding yet to be released plans that are set to unleash a tidal wave of extra houses and flats in Glenfield.
The State Government has earmarked at least 7000 new dwellings in Glenfield and will sell vital green open space at Hurlstone Agricultural High School in what Mr Chanthivong describes as “a greedy land grab set to boost developers’ coffers.”
Mr Chanthivong has called on the Liberal Government to release the plans well before the State Election on
23 March 2019, so that local residents can be informed and have a say on the future of their suburb.
